We are seeking an experienced senior leader for the position of Head of IT & Digitalisation who will provide strategic IT leadership and assume full accountability for the company’s IT infrastructure, enterprise systems and digital governance.
Задължения:
•Lead and govern the company’s IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, ensuring operational stability, security and performance.
•Define and execute the IT and digital roadmap in alignment with long-term business objectives.
•Oversee the technical governance and system performance of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), e-commerce platforms, partner portals and internal business systems.
•Manage and develop the IT team, including system and platform administrators.
•Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and delivery standards.
•Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system optimisation, automation and performance improvement.
•Ensure the stability, reliability and governance of the company’s Power BI and reporting environment.
