Raider RDP-NI01 is the latest addition to the Raider power tools range – a practical and reliable electric nibbler designed for precise, clean, and controlled cutting of sheet metal. The machine is an excellent choice for tinsmithing, installation and repair work, as well as for the fabrication of metal parts where high accuracy and minimal material deformation are required.

The nibbler is suitable for both straight and curved cuts, allows internal cut-outs, and operation with small radii. The minimum cutting radius of 45 mm (internal) and 50 mm (external) enables the execution of complex shapes and detailed contours, making it particularly useful for fine metalworking.

Operation and handling

Raider RDP-NI01 operates stably and smoothly, providing precise guidance and excellent control during cutting. With a rated power of 550 W and a stroke rate of 2200 strokes per minute, the machine confidently handles thin and medium-thickness sheet metal, including during prolonged operation. Cutting is performed without twisting or unwanted heating of the material, contributing to higher-quality results and extended service life of the processed parts.

Steel with strength 400 N/mm² – up to 1.6 mm

Steel with strength 600 N/mm² – up to 1.2 mm

Steel with strength 800 N/mm² – up to 0.8 mm

Aluminum – up to 2.5 mm

Reliability and safety

The machine operates on a rated supply voltage of 230 V / 50 Hz and features Class II insulation protection, ensuring additional safety during operation. The balanced design and optimal power distribution provide comfort and confidence even during more demanding tasks.
